1. UNDERSTANDING YOUR BRIEF AND REQUIREMENTS

It all starts with a conversation and perhaps a good coffee. Once we have established contact telephonically, we can meet respectively at your offices or remotely at a (preferably) good coffee shop and discuss your requirements. We have sales offices in Cape town and Durban and our sales team will meet with you and present the bag options we have available and discuss your bag needs.

Should you be Gauteng based, our team will liaise with you telephonically and via email and supply you with all the relevant information as well as courier you the respective bag sizes that may be of interest to you.

For us to achieve our collective goals, our bags must solve a problem. Rather than offer off-the-shelf solutions, we work to understand both your and your shoppers’ needs by developing intriguing, innovative designs. We are extremely service driven and guarantee that you will be well guided by our sales team.

2. DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

Once we have your requirements, we work through our design process to present a variety of styles for you to choose from.

We have a completely integrated design studio that consists of both textile and graphic designers that are ready to come up with bag designs that suit the brief. All RPET bags require digital design prior to sampling or production.

In order to achieve this as quickly as possible our design studio can ether create artwork from concept or work in conjunction with corporate creative teams and agencies. When designing artwork in-house, our artists work closely with you the customer and the account manager in creating a digital presentation of possible designs based on instruction, a corporate brand manual or concept ideas communicated to us. (this service is included free of charge as part of our offering).

If no design is required as your company has their own respective design studio/agency, we have all our bag templates digitized with explained guidelines for your creative team to easily make use of.

3. PROTOTYPING SAMPLE

Once a bag design has been finalised and approved, our sampling division takes over and will manufacture and ship the sample(s) within the next 2-3 days depending on colour matching complexity.

All samples are made in duplicate as a master sample for our records, in case of any artwork reverts and/or should this be approved. Once the design is fine-tuned, we are ready to produce at scale.

4. ORDER RECEIPT AND PRODUCTION COMMENCEMENT

Upon receipt of an official order and approval on final sample, we able to proceed with your order. Production lead-time is order size dependent however most of our bulk orders do not exceed 15 working days.

Our production team alongside your respective account manager will quote a lead time excluding shipping for planning purposes. Should you have a specific lead-time request and/or urgency, we are very understanding of this and will work together to make this achievable. We are fortunate to operate around the clock 5 days a week, allowing for quick production runs.

5. DISTRIBUTION OF GOODS

Terms of your account and distribution requirements will have been discussed and finalized with your account manager during sampling phase, allowing the team to be well prepared for when your goods are ready for dispatch.

All goods will be packaged according to your requirements and sent respectively to the specified address. We have both door-to-door courier services available, as well as large line-haul delivery to DC.
